- Dear customer! it is very important to me that when you buy my bracelets as a gift for yourself, your family, or your friends you receive it on time, so please, take in mind the lead time for the delivery of bracelets when you choose the shipping mode: standard or express.
- If your package is returned to me due to an unclaimed, incorrect address, etc, I will contact you to arrange the reship. Buyers will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred in this case.
- Finally, please double-check the shipping address during the checkout process, when an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by buyers, parcels can be lost or have an extra shipping fee.
The bracelet is crafted once I receive the payment and will be made available in 1 or 2 business days from the purchase date.
- STANDARD SHIPMENTS are made by certified mail through the postal service Spanish Post Office and they all have a tracking number so you always know where your package is. Delivery times:

- EXPRESS SHIPMENTS are made by DHL express with tracking number, this service requires a signature on the delivery and it is strongly recommended that you communicate us a phone number by private message in our store or by a note in your order so that the transport company can manage the delivery.
Post office addresses are not allowed in this shipping option.

How do I care for it?
Our bracelets are handcrafted, one by one, without machines and with different materials that require a certain type of cleaning.
NATURAL STONES: to clean them you can use a slightly damp soft cloth.
ZAMAK BEADS: this material tend to tarnish over time, this is a natural process that will dark a little bit the color of your product. If you want to get your pieces shiny again use a polishing soft cloth.
To maintain your bracelets in good condition as long as possible try to avoid the contact with water, sea water, creams, perfumes, cleaning and other chemicals.
I recommend to storage your jewelry in a dry place.

Will I get the EXACT item in the photo?
The bracelet that you see in the photo is a model.
All our bracelets are handmade, one to one, so that all are unique as each one of us.
Please, expect very light variations of the gemstones because they are natural but don´t worry, all of them will be very beautiful.
There might be small differences in colors of products because of monitor settings.
Sizing details
ORDERS UNDER REQUEST, I NEED YOUR WRIST SIZE!
Each bracelet is customized made for your wrist. So, I need your true wrist size in centimeter without adding extra length, please. Send your measurements to seller when you place your order. With this information I can create your customization, perfectly tailored to your body.
If you don't have a measurement tape use a piece of string or a strip of paper just wrap it around your wrist and then lay it down on a ruler and take the measurement that way. PLEASE DO NOT ADD EXTRA LENGTH when measuring.

Custom and personalized orders
When I have done a personal product I will put it with your name or nick in my shop. If you don't buy the article in 1 week it will disappear.If you need more time for the payment please tell me, I don't mind but I need to know that you are really interested on it.
